Visualization Developer

I was the main visualization developer on this project. I assist in ideating early concepts, running design sprints, presenting regularly to leadership, and delivering final assets for production. I worked with multiple cross-functional teams that included 2 product manager, 2 engineers, and leads from practice growth, marketing, and legal.
Project Summary
Practice Growth and Marketing team used an outdated interface tool that supported their decision making such as hiring, real estate leases, and other expansion activities. I designed a Tableau dashboard that shows referral trends and loads a practice footprint + the ability to add some limited surrounding radius and provides cancer incidence, referral patterns, and patient demographics over time. In addition, a pathway to export direct data that would enable users to do further analysis in their tool of choice.
